Elastic Shape Sorter

At Neo Family, we have selected the Mushie elastic shape sorter, a developmental toy that replaces classic shape boxes with flexible openings. The nature-inspired shapes slide into openings that stretch, for a tactile experience that is gentler than rigid cubes.

Why we love it: It works on hand-eye coordination without complicated instructions: the child explores, tries, and tries again. The soothing tones are suitable for a discreet play corner, and the elastic bands provide an unusual sensation under the fingers. We also love that it remains easy to handle, without batteries or noise.

Gift idea: perfect for a first birthday, alongside a board book or a wooden stacking game. Older siblings often grab it too, making it a shared family toy and a great excuse to play together. It also fits effortlessly into a fabric toy basket to tidy up the living room.
